The NOBU hotel at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas is very nice. the best thing is you get away from the billows of cigarette smoke and vaping smoke from the casino floor area. You really can't smell any of that upstairs. This is not the case in other towers at CP in Las Vegas. The room is very nice and the staff is way better than the staff at the normal Caesars hotel side.

We stayed here for 2 nights checking in October 30. Everything was fine but on the second night at around 12 am my boyfriend was using the toilet doing business and the vent right above him started pouring water. It wasn’t just a few drops, it was literally like raining. He couldn’t even finish his business because the water was literally dropping right on top of his head. He got all wet when he came out. I then called front desk and the response I received was very unprofessional. All the guy said was “ I don’t know what is going on but I will send an engineer up.” No apologies whatsoever. Engineer shows up after about 10 minutes and he tells us that it is most likely from the restroom on the floor above. He goes to check and tells us that they had forgotten to turn off their sink and they were passed out so all the water leaked to our vent. Meanwhile, our bathroom is literally flooding with water and we weren’t even sure if the water was dirty or not. He suggests that we change rooms as it could take a long time for the water to stop. I call front desk once again and explains what the engineer had told me. He replies with “The engineer should not have told you that let me contact him.” Then I was on hold for another 10 minutes. Then the phone disconnects and after a while, a lady calls and asks if we want to stay or change rooms. They change us to a different room but no one from front desk or management apologized or contacted us in regards to the matter. This all happened at 12 am and I had to wake my kid up and pack everything to go to another room. This is very bad customer service considering they advertise themselves as a fancy hotel or something. The engineer however was very apologetic and professional. Being a diamond member at Caesars, you’d at least think they would care enough to say sorry but no. The employees and management are so poorly trained here and I would rather give business to mlife properties because they know how to treat their customers right. Save your money and stay at Nomad hotel, they are the same type of boutique hotels but with nicer rooms. Nobu might be a famous name but they certainly don’t carry their brand well.
Great stay!

I got unexpectedly upgraded to try this new part of the hotel and I am beyond thrilled. From the check-in which is VIPsit down, to the luxurious rooms, to the magnificent bathrooms with the latest accessories and the nicest robes, it really is a cut above. Everyone has been outstanding, especially the gentleman checking me in.

So although the Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace is clean, good qulaity and good rooms the staff do not have a clue and the customer service is non existent. So i went to ben around 11pm and fell straight too sleep. I was woken up with the lights coming on and an employee comes into my room pushing a rollaway bed. I stirred and woke up and thought i was being robbed. No explanation from the man in my room but he insisted on questioning me. I reported to reception and nothing as far an an explanation or apology. I refused to pay for the night but they are still billing my card. I WANT AN APOLOGY and explanation and REFUND, there communication is so bad. Seem just interested in getting good reviews. Another issue was the hot water took 10 minutes to come through the shower or taps. I only slept for 2 hours and my stay was ruined at what could be a great hotel. Bad experience
